$15 Proctor & Gamble coupon book...

Save-A-Lot is offering a free $15 Proctor & Gamble Coupon Booklet.  

I've seen several posts on this and everyone is unsure whether or not these coupons will only be valid at Save-A-Lot or not. So I guess we'll have to wait and see.  Open to U.S. residents only.
