Kroger Trip 10.22.09

 In case you ya'll haven't noticed... I haven't been posting grocery shopping trips lately.  I haven't been grocery shopping in over a month.  In September, with our freezer and fridge bulging and our cabinets overrun we decided to live off of the stockpile that we had managed to build up. 

We've had an occassional run to the store for spices, mixes and milk, but other than that nada!  :)  It's been really nice!  But with Kroger's sale this week I just had to get in on it. 

Here's what I got on this trip:

Kroger is having a sale on certain items where you buy 4 items for $10 and receive $4 off at checkout.  The Nature Valley Prices are after discounts.  :)

Total = FREE!! (plus $2.00 overage!)

2 - Nature Valley Granola Chewy Bars - 1.50 ea

 used 1 - 0.70/2 MQ

1 - 0.40/1 eQ

Total = 1.90 (0.95 ea!)

2 - Kotex pads 20 ct - 2/$5

used 1 - 2.00/2 MQ

1 - 1.00/2 eQ

Total = 3.00 (1.50 ea)

3 - Hormel Chili @ 1.75 = 5.25

used 1 - 2.00/3

Total = 3.23 (1.09 ea)

Total Before Sales and Coupons = 43.22

Total OOP = 7.02

Total Savings = 36.20 or 87%

Definitely worth the trip! :)
